Goldfish & Bay has been engaged directly by Bupa across six residential aged care homes in four states: Willoughby and Tamworth in New South Wales, Cairns in Queensland, Campbelltown and Morphettville in South Australia, and Croydon in Victoria.

The work covers building services assessment, documentation and technical reporting on operating facilities, with a separate mechanical package delivered at Willoughby. A consistent approach across the portfolio gives Bupa comparable information to plan upgrades across its network.
